NEW BUSINESS: 8.1 park improvement projects draft preliminary design review Schematic designs have been prepared for Board approval for Livermore Downs, Ravenswood, and Vista Meadows Parks. Upon Board approval the park projects will be finalized and improvement plans developed. (Motion) 8.2 east bay habitat for humanity request for fee waiver A request has been received for a waiver of park dedication fees from East Bay Habitat for Humanity. A report and recommendation will be made. (Motion) 8.3 robert livermore community center fee schedule for gymnasium use Board will set fees for the use of the gymnasium at the Robert Livermore Community Center. (Motion) 8.4 vasco road trail acceptance from pacific union homes Board will consider acceptance of this trail segment from Pacific Union Homes. (Resolution) Resolution No. ______, accepting Vasco Road Trail Improvements from Pacific Union Homes. 8.5 ballot initiative—the local taxpayers and public safety protection act The California Special Districts Association has requested support for the Local Taxpayers and Safety Protection Act and a funding contribution.
