Review and approval of letter to the City of Livermore regarding airport expansion and potential sports complex site.  (Motion)

NEW BUSINESS: 

8.1    donation of statue of robert livermore by livermore rotary club

         Board will consider acceptance of a donation by the Livermore Rotary Club of a statue of Robert Livermore for placement at the Robert Livermore Community Center. (Motion)

 

8.2    special district vacancy – alameda county lafco

         The term of the enterprise special district seat on LAFCO will expire in May.  Board will consider selection and nomination of a candidate (Resolution) and designate a representative to vote at the ISDSC meeting.

 

         Resolution No. ______, placing in nomination and supporting the nomination of _________________, as a candidate for the Enterprise Special District Seat on LAFCO.

 

8.3    use of bothwell recreation center by extended student services program

         Board will determine if the Extended Student Services Program  headquarters should be located at the Bothwell Recreation Center. (Motion)

 

8.4    status of joint powers agreement with city of livermore concerning robert livermore park

         District Legal Counsel will discuss elements of the District’s agreement with the City of Livermore concerning Robert Livermore Park.  (Discussion and Board Direction)
