PRESENTATIONS:

2.1 Chair Furst will present the Outstanding Youth Award from the California Association of Recreation and Park Districts to Katrina Cruz.

2.2 Chair Furst will present the Outstanding Group Award from the California Association of Recreation and Park Districts to the Community Garden Committee.

4.2.1   A letter from the Livermore-Amador Symphony Guild regarding use of the Barn for their POPS Concerts.

CONSENT AGENDA:  RESOLUTIONS:

5.1  Jan Gollaher, a full time employee of the District retired on March 31, 2005. A                          report and recommendation will be made. (Resolution)

 

Resolution No. 1958, a resolution commending Jan Gollaher for her years of service to the District.

BIDS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS:  None

OLD BUSINESS:   None

NEW BUSINESS:

8.1   CAPITAL PROJECTS UPDATE

A report will be given on the construction status of District capital projects. (Information)

 

8.2   UPDATE ON FOUR PARK PROJECTS                             

Staff will update the Board on the status of completion of these projects and ask the Board’s approval to work with a project management firm to assist the completion. (Motion)   

 

8.3   UPDATE ON SYCAMORE GROVE RECOVERY PROGRAM

Staff will update the board on the progress of the scope and cost proposal from consultants for Phase II of the program. (Information)   

 

8.4   UPDATE ON RAVENSWOOD VINEYARD PROJECT

Staff will update the Board on the progress and next steps of the Ravenswood Vineyard project. (Information)

 

8.5   LEGAL COUNSEL SCOPE OF WORK

The Board and staff will discuss the current scope and level of legal services desired by the District. (Motion)
