A trail and slope easement from RMC Pacific Materials, Inc., to the 
District has been prepared for acceptance.  (Resolution)
 
RESOLUTION:  Resolution No. _____, accepting a Grant of Easement from 
RMC Pacific Materials, Inc. and consenting to recordation.
 
6.2 FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005 EMPLOEE SALARY AND BENEFIT LEVELS
Employee benefits levels will be revisited by the Board.  (Resolution)
 
RESOLUTION:  Resolution No. ______, rescinding Resolution No. 1898 and 
designating the compensation for District employees during Fiscal Year 
2004/2005
 
6.3 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005
Board will continue discussion and provide direction to staff 
regarding the final budget to be adopted at the August 11, 2004, Regular Board 
Meeting.

7.1 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION 
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A call for nominations for a seat on the board of directors of the 
CSDA has been received.  (Resolution)

A wrap-up report on the May 15/16, 2004, Scottish Games has been 
prepared for discussion and direction.
