1. CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL – PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Meeting was called to order by President Goodman at 5:10 p.m. All Directors were present.

Meeting adjourned to Executive Session.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION

2.1 REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATIONS

Pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code

Property: 14 acres of land, Robertson Park Rd., Livermore, CA

Agency Negotiator: District Staff and/or Legal Counsel

Negotiating Parties: Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District

Under Negotiation: Terms of Purchase

3. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

Meeting reconvened to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.

4. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

On a motion by Director Kamena, seconded by Director Faltings, directed the General Manager to write a letter to the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District expressing interest in the purchase of the South Livermore Valley property, passing 5-0.

5. ADJOURNMENT

Meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
