LARPD BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Goodman, Dale Turner, David Furst and Chair Maryalice Summers Faltings (4)

LARPD BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Scott Kamena (1)

STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Tim Barry, Rich Lange, Pat Kasberg, Barbara Kraybill, and Jim Carlson

1. CALL TO ORDER—ROLL CALL

Meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chair Faltings.

2. TOUR OF ROBERT LIVERMORE COMMUNITY CENTER

The Board toured the facility and discussed dates for a preview opening for the public in February and a Grand Opening in March 2005.

3. ADJOURNMENT

Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
