Full-Time Employment
Opportunities for full-time, competitive service employment with the District are infrequent and will be posted when available.
Part-Time Employment
The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District typically hires a number of part-time workers on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Hours vary and can include evenings, weekends and holidays. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to get a work permit from your school before you can start working. If you are interested in a position that is not listed, please select a department and submit an application to that department. Applications will be kept for two years, however, LARPD cannot guarantee that we will notify candidates of future job openings. Please check our website frequently for open positions and re-submit your application if there is a specific job you wish to apply for.
Employment with the District is contingent on passing a criminal background check.
