Park contains picnic tables, restrooms, baseball areas and tennis courts.

Named for the city's namesake. Some $2.3 million worth of Phase I improvements were paid for by the 1987 passage of Measure G, the Gann override initiative. In March, 1999 Livermore property owners approved $20 million to build a community center. Ground breaking took place in 2002 and construction is expected to take about two years. The 71,000 square foot, two-building complex will include a Senior Services Center, a Teen Center and numerous areas for community use and recreation.
