Altamont Creek
Altamont Creek Park is a 6.9-acre neighborhood park located on 6800 Altamont Creek Drive. The park is attached to Altamont Creek Elementary School and is closed during school hours. The park offers two medium-sized soccer fields designed for kids 10 and under and accommodates two youth-sized baseball fields. It also offers tot lot equipment, barbeque pits, picnic tables and hiking and biking trails. The sports fields are closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
Christensen
Christensen Park is a 7-acre neighborhood park located on 5611 Bridgeport Circle. The park is divided into two full-sized soccer fields fit for older kids and adults. The park is attached to Christensen Middle School and is closed during school hours. The park offers tot lot equipment, barbeque pits and picnic tables. The sports fields are closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
Hagemann
Hagemann Park is a 7.9-acre neighborhood park located on 459 Olivina Ave. The park is designed for children playing on a reduced-size soccer field. It offers tot lot equipment, group picnics, barbeque pits and picnic tables. The sports fields are closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
Independence
Independence Park is a 17.7-acre special use park located on 2798 Holmes Street. The park is home to Kellman Fields, which is divided into three full-sized soccer fields fit for older kids and adults. The park offers tot lot equipment, barbeque pits, picnic tables and restrooms. The sports fields are closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
Max Baer
Max Baer Park is an 11.8-acre special use park located on 1310 Murdell Lane. The park is situated between Jane Adams Preschool, Smith Elementary School and Mendenhall Middle School. The park has seven baseball fields fit for all ages. The park offers barbeque pits, picnic tables and a dog park. The sports fields are closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
May Nissen
May Nissen Park is a 12.2-acre community park located on 685 Rincon Ave. At this time, LARPD does not rent out to organized groups for sport field play, with the exception of the softball field. The park offers a swim center, tot lot equipment, barbeque pits, picnic tables, basketball courts, restrooms, horseshoe pits, tennis courts and a dog park.
Robertson
Park
Robertson Park is a 110.3-acre special use community park located at 3200 Robertson Park Road. It is home to the Livermore Valley Rodeo Stadium. There are three full-sized soccer fields fit for all users. This park also has two full-sized softball fields. It offers barbeque pits, picnic tables, rentable equestrian facilities, hiking/biking/horseback riding trails, restrooms, horseshoe pits and a off-leash dog area. The park is used for LARPD special events other large permitted events. The following areas are available to rent separately or together year-round:

Sunset
Park
Sunset Park is a 6.7-acre neighborhood park located on 1055 Geneva St. The park is divided into reduced-sized youth soccer fields. The park offers tot lot equipment and picnic tables. The park is closed annually from mid-November through mid-February. Permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.

William “Bill” J.
Payne is a 14-acre special use park located on 5800 Patterson Pass
Road. The park has one full-sized soccer field that can be divided
into two reduced-sized youth soccer fields. The park also has two full-sized
baseball fields fit for older players (13+) and adults. The park offers
a BMX course and portable restrooms.
The park is closed annually from mid-November through mid-February;
permits are not issued to organized sports groups during this time.
