Vendors and Service Providers:

Livermore Area Recreation and Park District does not have a preferred vendor list. Our renters can use their own favorite service providers, including the caterer, beverage supplier, audio/visual company, event planner, entertainment and more.

Livermore Area Recreation and Park District does not directly contract any vendors for the rentals. All vendors are hired by the renter. However, failure to comply with any of our District Rules and Regulations will affect the damage and compliance deposit of the renter.

Because we work together in a common industry, we hope that you will respect our venues and partner with the renters to have a successful event.
