LARPD offers a variety of sports for all ages. The popular Sports Camp, Pee-Wee Sports Camps and Flag Football and return to complement year-round traditional Baseball/T-Ball, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Golf and Tennis programs from youth to teens.
New sports have taken off with the introduction of Disc Golf, Gymnastics and Martial Arts.

How will your children spend this summer? Why not have them spend it with us. The SYSC is held at the Robert Livermore Community Center, which provides access to outdoor fields, the Aquatic Center, and Gymnasium. This popular camp puts together a fantastic learning experience for all campers. Best suited for beginner to intermediate level campers, our experienced staff has the necessary background and training to challenge campers of all ability levels. SYSC teaches traditional, and non-traditional sports and games that improve coordination and cardio fitness.
AM/All day include swim lessons. PM includes open swim.

An introduction to T-Ball, Soccer, Hockey, and Basketball. Participants will be taught the basic skills of each sport through games and practice drills. Most importantly, kids will meet new friends and have fun. Each 5-day sport session meets 25 minutes per sport. All equipment is provided. Parents must sign their child in and out daily and are welcome to stay for camp or may leave after signing their child. Hockey is played with foam stick. 5 classes.

Based on the popular TV Show “Survivor” our Martial Arts Tribe Members will form teams and compete daily in a variety of different challenges. They will learn basic self defense techniques, tumbling, wrestling, kicks and strikes. This is a great opportunity for students to gain confidence, make new friends and have fun this summer. T-Shirt, daily crafts and snacks provided. Parents may join us on our final day for our tribal award ceremony.

Campers will be taught tumbling, coordination, learning how to fall safely and basic kicks and strikes They will play a variety of games and make crafts. We will provide a T Shirt and daily snack. On the final day of camp, all of our “Advengers” will perform for their family and friends.

• Fight Like a Girl, 6–12 yrs
It is more important than ever that females learn basic self-defense skills. In this week-long camp, campers will learn home and internet safety, how to escape from a grab, kicks, strikes and blocks, and basic ground skills, in a non-intimidating, easy-to-learn environment especially designed for girls. Taught by nationally ranked Black Belts.

This camp is specially designed for children. We will spend a week introducing our campers to various popular Martial Arts. Learn Karate which includes basic kicks/strikes, blocks/blows, focus on techniques.

All participants will receive a shirt at the conclusion of the camp. Only non-scuff athletic shoes are permitted in the gym. NO GUM. 5 classes.

This camp will totally immerse you in the sport, giving one a high level of instruction and practice time in each skill area. Fundamental skills and proper mechanics will be taught for Attacking, Passing, Digging, Setting, Serving and Blocking. This is an excellent camp for players of all levels, since players are grouped and coached by age and experience. It is our hope that the camp will spark an interest in the game. Bring water, towel and your enthusiasm. Non-scuff athletic shoes only permitted in gym. These camps have become very popular, and class size is limited. An early registration is advised. 4-day camp sessions. Each participant will receive a Club V.I.P. t-shirt.

Learn fundamentals, improve skills, or make the transition to the game of beach volleyball. Primarily suited for Intermediate / Advanced players, Instructor-Player Ted Babu who is Beach Impact Certified, will provide a four day course which covers Beach Conditioning, Techniques, and Strategies to play sand doubles, or to improve ones indoor game. Camps are designed for in-coming 9th – 12th graders. Bring towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable attire.

Summer Youth 3-on-3 Basketball Clinics
Entering 3rd-8th grades RLCC GymThis clinic is focused is to improve basketball skills in a fun, low –stress environment with healthy competition. All experiences are encouraged as 3-on-3 fundamentals vastly improve all skill levels. 3-on-3 basketball allows each player to be more involved than full court 5-on-5 and allows for immense development of basics in an organized game setting. Clinics will focus on shooting, passing, defense, rebounding, pick and roll, moving without the ball, transition, and much more. After a 30 minute clinic, participants will be divided up and play 3-on-3 games for the remaining time focusing on the skills rehearsed during the clinic. Co-ed. No program 7/5.

Interested in renting the gym for your next tournament, practice or league? The Robert Livermore Community Center (RLCC) Gymnasium is a 13,000-square-foot multi-sport facility. This state-of-the-art facility accommodates sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton and table tennis. The double-floor gymnasium is also home to many LARPD sponsored sports camps, adult leagues, CYO and AAU basketball practices and games, club volleyball play, adult and youth drop-ins and sports classes. LARPD is proud to announce the opening of its new batting cage located at the Ernie Rodrigues softball complex at 1717 So. Livermore Avenue. The LARPD batting cage can be used for hitting as well as pitching and catching. The LARPD batting cage is great for teams and individuals looking to improve their baseball fundamentals. Ask about renting the whole facility for your next team party or company event.
