Volunteer Program Mission:
The mission of the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District's Volunteer Program is to assist the staff in providing our District's residents with an outstanding system of parks, recreation, and facilities. With assistance from volunteers, it is possible to provide recreation programs that will stimulate, educate, and enrich the lives of our community.

LARPD is looking for a variety of volunteers from the ages of 13 years old and up.
By volunteering with LARPD, you will work in a fun, family atmosphere in recreational activities and special events. Your smile and friendly service will make the difference in someone's life!

How to Volunteer:
Complete the volunteer application. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Once an application has been recieved, an interview will be scheduled if there are volunteer openings in your areas of interest. After a successful interview, approved volunteers will be fingerprinted and must receive a clearance before they may begin their volunteer assignment.
